Pricing & Package Commitments
Our Post-Operative Commitment Policy.
True physiological healing, fluid reduction, and tissue regerneration cannot be achieved in a single standalone visit. To ensure structural integrity and professional results, we require a strict minimum commitment for all post operative care. Following an initial evaluation, your personalized recovery timeline will require a mandatory plan ranging from 4 to 15 sessions based on surgical complexity. We also follow earch surgeons recomendentations.
Complete pricing and flat-rate package structures are finalized following your initial evaluation.
Detailed FAQs
When should I begin my treatments?
Most surgeons recommend beginning therapy withing the first 24 to 48 hours after surgery. This timeline depends entirely on your specific procedure and you surgeon’s clearance.
Should I book in advance?
Because surgeries are planned well in advance, post-op calendar fills up quickly. Clients are highly encouraged to book tentative future dates alongside their scedhuled surgery date to ensure continous care. However, scheduling surgeries can be changed and we are flexible and understanding. We do not require any deposits at this time.
What if I had multiple procedures done at once?
Having extensive work done simultaneously-such as a tummy tuck combined with abdominal repair or arm surger-creates a much higher fluid load. Your recovery timeline will naturally require a more intensive approach than a single-area procedure.
Where does the fluid go?
True clinical MLD gently guides fluid into the regional, functioining lymph nodes where the body naturally processes and filters it . Aggressive trend-based techniques simply mash fluid forward through compromised tissues, which often forces practitioners to instruct clients to urinate immediately after a session to give a false impression of rapid fluid loss.
Why do some surgeons push trend-based styles?
Many aesthetic studios market these for immediate, temporary cosmetic smoothing. However, aggressive techniques are not part of standard clinical lymphatic training, and the short-term smoothing effect comes at the expense of true, long-term tissue health and safety. Forcing fluid from open incisions is not part of any standard post-surgical recover and is 100% outside the scope of practice for any massage therapists in any state, and carries severe malpractice risks, including loss of massage license.

Frequently Asked Questions and Important Information
Post-operative Clinical Recovery Care
Healing after cosmetic surgery requires a highly specialized, clinical approach. The choices made during the first few weeks of recovery directly impact the final structural outcome of your procedure. It is important I prioritize long-term cellular health, structural integrity, and anatomical safety above all else. By choosing scientifically validated therapy over aggressive trends, you ensure your body heals smoothly, safely, and permanently.
Core Service Description
Post-surgical care I practice focuses on true, ultra-light Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD). This scientifically validated, gently technique is designed to move fluid out of swollen tissues, accelerate healing, and minimizes cellular debris after cosmetic procedures. This treatment pressure is intentionally incredibly light because fragile lymphatic vessels sit right beneath the surface of the skin. Heavy pressure bypasses these vessels entirely and can cause internal bleeding, tissue damage, or increased swelling.
Why True Healing Demands a Clinical Approach
Surgical recovery requires highly specialized care that protects your fragile, healing tissues. While trend-based methods promote aggressive, fast-paced results, true anatomical recovery relies on gentle, scientifically validated techniques. Explore the chart below to understand how clinical care protects your surgical investment.

Crucial Clinical Safety Notice:
Incision Manipulation
Zero Surgical Procedures Include Manual Fluid Expulsion. In the entire medical field, no standard surgical protocol includes forcefully pushing, squeezing, or squeezing fluid out of incisions. There is a high risk of cross-contamination and infection. Forecfully pressing on open or recently closed incisions tears fragile, newly forming skin cells and destroys cellular bridges needed for scar tissue to knit together.
Due to Our Strict Professional Boundaries, we strictly refuse to perform manual fluid expulsion or manipulate open wounds.
